DocuStore File Browser
Documents can be stored in a filing structure similar to a traditional paper filing system, or you can keep your existing windows folder structure, the choice is yours.

Document Retrieval - Documents can be rapidly retrieved either through DocuStore Search or the Document Filter within DocuStore File Browser.

Document Templates - Various document templates can be created and launched through DocuStore.

Permanent Archive - If you use the DocuStore folder structure, documents can be easily located for backup, or transferred to CD or DVD for permanent and off-site archives. If you don't use the DocuStore folder structure, you can backup files as you would normally.
